OLV Auction - August 24, 2025
Fun times ahead! Our Lady of Victory Church Maintenance Committee is sponsoring a Building Maintenance Fundraising AUCTION on Sunday,
August 24, 2025. There will also be a lunch stand with sandwiches and snacks and beverages – and much more. If anyone has items to donate to the auction, please give Bob or Julie Plaetz a call at 507-747-2593 by August 1st so items can be advertised. Items that bring $250 or more will be issued a tax receipt. (We cannot accept electronics, broken appliances, or mattresses)
St Catherine Fall Festival - September 7, 2025
Please stop by the gathering space and pick up your packet containing work schedule and raffle tickets. If you cannot work at your scheduled time, please get a substitute.
Theme Baskets
Are you starting to get your theme baskets together yet?
Here are some ideas.
-Coloring books, crayons, markers, pencils
-Toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss
-Baby items, blanket, soaps, toys
-Sports blanket, power drink
Please wrap baskets in a clear wrap so people can see
the items in the basket.
Canned/Baked items wanted
Please get your baking & canning hats on as we will need these items for the Fall Festival.
This year we are having homemade apple, cherry, blueberry or pumpkin pies for the meal.
Tomatoes & pickles and cucumbers
We will need tomatoes and pickles for the Fall Festival meal as in the past. Also, we would like some
cucumbers donated which will be made into refrigerator pickles at the church.
Quilts, afghans, and blankets
If you have a quilt, afghan, or blanket that you are donating to the Fall Festival raffle or Silent auction, please
drop off at the parish office so we can put them on display.
Wanted… by the Fall Festival Games Committee.
The Fall Festival games committee is asking for donations of cans or bottles of soda pop (any size), clean plastic jars with lids or empty reuseable water bottles, wrapped candy, small toys or gadgets, gently used or new stuffed animals and any size boys and girls toys for
prizes. Also, juice boxes and wrapped snacks for prizes. Place any donations on table labeled for games in the old social hall.
St Anne Fall festival - september 28, 2025
Planning is underway for the 2025 St. Anne’s Fall Festival! We invite you to prayerfully consider our open committee positions: Left Over Food Committee Co-Chair, Co-Coordinator for General Chair Position and Kitchen Co-Chair. Additionally, we are kicking off organization of the General Raffle. If you have given a donation in the past, a committee member will be giving you a call. If you haven’t donated toward the general raffle before and would like to, let us know. We gratefully welcome new donations for the
General Raffle and Silent Auction! The 2025 Fall Festival Work List Sign Up Sheet will be available in the Church Gathering Space beginning Friday, August 18th. The deadline to sign up is August 4th.
